Definitions

In these Terms, the following definitions apply unless context otherwise requires:

• "bjgame" refers to the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at bjgame.app, including all associated sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and gaming products offered thereunder.
• "Account" means the registered player account held by a User on the bjgame platform.
• "Balance" means the total PKR funds available in a Player's account wallet, including real-money deposits and bonus funds separately attributed.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins equivalents, or other non-cash incentives credited to a Player's account by bjgame.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any real-money or bonus-funded stake placed by a Player on any game, event, or market available on bjgame.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification procedures, including identity verification, age verification, and source-of-funds checks required by bjgame's compliance obligations.
• "PKR" means Pakistani Rupee, the sole operating currency of the bjgame platform.
• "Services" means all products, games, betting markets, payment processing, and support functions provided by bjgame to registered Players.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which accessing or using the bjgame platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the bjgame website, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with bjgame's Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, both of which are incorporated herein by reference.

These Terms supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings between you and bjgame with respect to the use of the platform. bjgame reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform following notification of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with bjgame and participate in any real-money gaming activity. bjgame takes its age verification obligations seriously and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any point. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately closed, all associated wagers voided, and any remaining balance (less any winnings derived from gameplay) returned to the payment source.

3.2 Geographic Eligibility

bjgame is operated and marketed primarily for players based in Pakistan. Players accessing the platform from jurisdictions where online gaming is prohibited by applicable local law do so at their own risk and contrary to these Terms. bjgame accepts no liability for any legal consequences arising from access in Prohibited Territories.

3.3 Capacity

By registering, you confirm that you are of sound mind, not acting under duress, and that participation in real-money gaming is legal in your jurisdiction of residence. Employees of bjgame, its affiliates, software providers, and their immediate family members are not permitted to hold player accounts or participate in bonus schemes.

Account Registration & Management

4.1 Single Account Policy

Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account with bjgame. Creating duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") — whether under the same identity, shared device, shared payment method, or shared IP address — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. bjgame reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit all balances upon detection of multi-accounting behaviour.

4.2 Accurate Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and a valid email address. Providing false or misleading information during registration will result in account suspension pending verification and may result in permanent closure.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for the security and confidentiality of your bjgame login credentials. bjgame will never contact you requesting your password, PIN, or one-time codes via email, SMS, live chat, or any other channel. Any suspected unauthorised access to your account must be reported to bjgame support immediately at [email protected].

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

bjgame reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, prior to processing withdrawals, or during routine compliance reviews. Requested documents may include a valid government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or driver's licence. Failure to complete KYC within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account restriction until verification is completed.

Deposits & Payments

5.1 Currency

All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals on bjgame are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). No currency conversion applies. Your bjgame balance reflects your actual PKR holdings at all times.

5.2 Accepted Payment Methods

bjgame currently accepts deposits via the following PKR payment methods:

• EasyPaisa mobile wallet
• Raast instant payment system
• 1LINK interbank transfer
• HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, MCB, Allied Bank, and Bank Alfalah direct transfers

5.3 Deposit Limits

The minimum single deposit is Rs 100. bjgame does not impose a maximum deposit limit by default, however Players may set voluntary deposit limits via their account settings as part of their responsible gaming controls. Players completing enhanced KYC may be subject to source-of-funds checks for large deposits.

5.4 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via JazzCash and EasyPaisa typically credit within 60 seconds. Bank transfer deposits may take between 5 and 30 minutes depending on the sending institution. bjgame is not liable for delays caused by the Player's bank or payment provider. Deposits are credited to your account balance only and are not confirmed until payment is received and verified by bjgame's payment processors.

Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals of real-money balances are available to all verified Players with a positive real-money balance of at least Rs 500. Players must have completed basic account verification and must not have any outstanding compliance review actions pending on their account at the time of the withdrawal request.

6.2 Withdrawal Processing Time

bjgame aims to process all withdrawal requests within 12–24 hours of submission. JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals typically complete within 12 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are subject to standard interbank processing times which may extend up to 1 business day in exceptional circumstances.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and, where possible, to the same method used for the most recent deposit. bjgame reserves the right to require additional verification before processing withdrawals above Rs 50,000 or where the withdrawal method differs from the deposit method.

6.4 Withdrawal of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds are not withdrawable until the applicable wagering requirements have been met in full. The specific wagering requirements applicable to each bonus are stated in the corresponding promotion terms at the time the bonus is offered. Attempting to withdraw before meeting wagering requirements will result in forfeiture of the bonus balance.

Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free credits, and promotional offers provided by bjgame are subject to the specific terms stated in the applicable promotion, including wagering requirements, eligible games, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps. Where promotional terms conflict with these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

Wagering requirements represent the number of times the bonus amount (or in some cases the bonus plus deposit amount) must be wagered before a withdrawal of related winnings is permitted. Wagering requirements will be clearly stated for each offer at the time of promotion. bjgame reserves the right to specify game contribution weightings, whereby certain games contribute a lower percentage toward meeting wagering requirements.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

bjgame actively monitors bonus usage patterns. Behaviour that bjgame determines in its reasonable discretion to constitute bonus abuse — including but not limited to low-risk wagering patterns designed to extract bonus funds, coordinated play between multiple accounts, or exploiting promotional structures in a manner contrary to their intent — will result in forfeiture of the relevant bonus balance and may result in account suspension.

7.4 Right to Amend or Withdraw Promotions

bjgame reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Promotions may not be combined unless explicitly stated otherwise. bjgame's decision on all bonus-related matters is final.

Game Rules & Sports Betting

8.1 Game Integrity

All casino games available on bjgame use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or live dealer mechanisms sourced from licensed providers. Game outcomes are determined independently of bjgame's operational systems and are subject to regular independent auditing for fairness. Published return-to-player (RTP) percentages are indicative and calculated over statistically significant sample sizes.

8.2 Sports Betting Rules

Sports bets, including all PSL cricket markets, are settled in accordance with bjgame's published sports betting rules. bjgame reserves the right to void any bet placed after the outcome of the relevant event has been determined, or where the bet was facilitated by a technical error, pricing error, or manifest odds mistake. Voided bets are refunded to the Player's account balance.

8.3 Technical Failures

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or service interruption during a game round or live bet, bjgame will make reasonable efforts to resolve the situation fairly using available game logs. bjgame is not liable for losses caused by factors outside its reasonable control, including internet disruptions on the Player's end. Wagers in progress at the time of a confirmed platform outage will be voided and stakes returned.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bjgame platform and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of balances:

• Registering more than one account (multi-accounting);
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC;
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or AI systems to place bets or interact with games;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or tournament;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or technical glitches for financial gain;
• Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime;
• Allowing a third party to operate your bjgame account;
• Making deposits or withdrawals using payment methods not registered in your own name;
• Accessing the platform from a Prohibited Territory using VPN, proxy, or other circumvention tools;
• Any conduct that bjgame reasonably determines to be abusive, harmful, or contrary to the spirit of fair gaming.

Intellectual Property

All content on the bjgame platform, including but not limited to game software, graphics, logos, text, user interface design, audio, and video materials, is the proprietary intellectual property of bjgame or its licensed third-party providers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any bjgame content without express prior written consent from bjgame. Scraping of odds, game data, or pricing information via automated means is strictly prohibited.

Privacy & Data Protection

bjgame collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at /privacy-policy. By registering an account, you consent to bjgame processing your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

bjgame implements industry-standard technical and organisational security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal data from unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. bjgame does not sell personal data to third parties. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bjgame's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bjgame shall not be liable for any:

• Loss of profits, revenue, anticipated savings, or data;
• Indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind;
• Losses arising from force majeure events, including natural disasters, government actions, internet disruptions, or failures of third-party services;
• Losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain the security of their login credentials;
• Losses arising from technical failures on the Player's own device or network connection.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit bjgame's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, death, or personal injury caused by bjgame's negligence.

Amendments to These Terms

bjgame reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where changes are material — including changes to fee structures, withdrawal policies, or eligibility rules — bjgame will provide at least 7 days' prior notice to registered Players via their registered mobile number or email address.

Changes of a non-material nature, such as clarifications of existing provisions or typographical corrections, may be made without prior notice. Continued use of the bjgame platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must close your account before the effective date.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to bjgame's operating jurisdiction. Any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms, including the existence, validity, interpretation, performance, breach, or termination thereof, shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between the parties.

Where negotiation does not resolve the matter within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration under the rules of a recognised international arbitration body. Arbitration shall be conducted in English. Each party shall bear its own costs unless otherwise determined by the arbitrator.

bjgame and the Player agree that any claim or dispute must be brought on an individual basis and not as part of any class, collective, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class-action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against bjgame.
